Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
- The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be returned due to damage that occurred during shipping or handling.
2. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team at info@ariamskincare.co.za within the 7-day window. You will be required to provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Photographic evidence of the damage.
3. Return Process
Upon approval of your refund request, you will be given instructions for returning the damaged product. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm the damage. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Limitations on Refunds
5.1 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Products that are not damaged.
- Products returned after the 7-day window.
- Items that have been used or altered in any way.
5.2 No Cash Refunds
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
